If you are a coffee lover, may we suggest a trip to Honduras, the largest exporter of coffee in Central America? Two of the most charming coffee regions can be found in Western Honduras in the cities of Copán Ruinas and Santa Rosa de Copán, where there are plenty of coffee farms to tour and cafes where you can sip specialty coffee and nibble on homemade desserts, pastries and cheese plates.
